I'll be participating in the week-long Etsy seller strike from April 11-18 in protest of the 30% fee increase they're offloading onto sellers while also making record profits during the pandemic. This will kill tiny shops like mine, where every penny over breaking even counts. Loads of time left to place Valentine's Day orders -- with the caveat that the USPS is slammed lately so everything's running late in the mail. My caramels keep for weeks at room temperature and indefinitely in the fridge/freezer, though, so feel free to place orders ahead of time to be sure of on-time arrival!

For the first time since 2015, pumpkin spice caramels are back, by the dozen and in the sampler! I make these with actual pumpkin puree, not just pumpkin pie spices, flavored with organic cinnamon, organic nutmeg, organic ginger, etc. They're a huge pain to make so they'll only be around for October!
