So now that we are in peach and melon season...we have an abundance of cherries...boy was this cherry season awesome this year!! So I decided to not let these beauties go to waste...so i cooked them down to make a yummy compote...look at that gorgeous color!! I had extra Cobbler topping and decided to make Cherry Cobbler...come and get them while they last!!
