• 1 pound ground beef
• 2 cans (15 ounces each) kidney beans, drained
• 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained
• 1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, drained
• 1 cup barbecue sauce
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• Salt and pepper to taste

Crock Pot Cowboy Beans
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with the onion and garlic until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
2. In a crock pot, combine the cooked beef mixture with the beans, barbecue sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
5. Serve warm as a side dish at BBQs or potlucks.

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• For the glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Lemon Brownies
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until well mixed. 3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and blend until smooth. 4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder. 5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined. 6. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and white chocolate chips. 7.
