roudly work with lots of other small businesses to bring you quality products. All of our lettuce is grown inside a greenhouse in water. Hydroponics is the method of plants in water with no soil. The nutrients are dissolved in the water and delivered directly to the plant rather than amending the soil in traditional methods. Hydroponic produce is clean as it does not come in contact with soil. You can enjoy our products at these local eateries: The Daily Grind, Brickyard Dining, Bags Sports Pub, Granato's Pizza, Sammie Sue's BBQ, Missions Cafe, Fundays, 360 Burger and the Bear's Den Steakhouse. We also provide lettuce for Hospice in New Philadelphia.
