We sell quarter's, halves, whole, or just boxes of burger (burger is lean, usually around 90/10).

Everything is frozen, ready to go in labeled packages. Hanging Weights depend on the animal.

Our cattle are grass fed & grain finished. No added hormones. Done right!!

Our quarters, halves, and wholes include a variety of steaks, roasts, stew meat, carne asada, soup bones, and burger.
