Sweet Tart mango pushing again before the cold 🥭 The Sweet Tart mango has lots of new growth and is pushing again, with cooler weather on the way. Most of the Sweet Tart grafts took. The Lemon Zest is looking really good and still pushing too. Filmed Oct 20, 2026.

This banana almost died... look at it now 🍌 Both sides of this banana split and it went limp, so I tied it up. It bounced right back. Filmed Oct 10, 2026.

Is Orange Sherbet my favorite mango? 🥭 It's a toss-up between Lemon Zest, Lemon Meringue and Orange Sherbet, but this Orange Sherbet is amazing. A little lopsided right now, but give it time. Can't wait for it to fruit. Filmed Oct 10, 2026.

My Lemon Meringue mango is pushing growth everywhere 🥭 Little nubs pushing out all over the Lemon Meringue, and the Lemon Zest grafts are filling in too. So excited about this one. Filmed Oct 10, 2026.

This pink line shows how high the river flooded 🌊 The pink line on this tree is how high the Anclote River came in 2022. In 2024, two hurricanes in a row pushed it even higher: five to six feet deep where the wagon sits. Filmed Oct 10, 2026.

The morning after a Florida freeze 🥶 did my trees survive?

Filmed Feb 2, 2026.

Checking the fruit trees the morning after the freeze. Crunchy browning, leaf curl, and a Pina Colada mango that might not make it.

First pomegranate of the season! 🌺 Our first pomegranate of the season is on. And the tree behind it started as a branch that broke off in my hand. I shoved it in the ground, and a year later it's quadrupled in size. Filmed Oct 10, 2026.

Squirrels ate 3 months of my work 😤🐿️

Filmed Jun 9, 2026.

Squirrels and birds dug up my seedlings, ate the seeds and roots, and left the rest. That's why these are inside now.

Chaka taught herself to swim the river 🐕 Chaka wanted to say bye, so she went for a swim in the Anclote River. She taught herself how to swim. Be careful, girl, that river's fast! Filmed Oct 10, 2026.
