It surprised me there wasn't more of a reaction to previous croissant posts. IRL people all seem to enjoy them, would love to be able to make some up for some customers to get some more practice.

This week let's do a pay what you can for a four pack? Can get plain or chocolate (pan au chocolat style).

It's officially Cobbler season. Fresh in season peaches mixed with sweet biscuit dough, topped with cinnamon sugar (and hopefully vanilla ice cream?).

Side note, Peach truck pickups start on 6/24. I already ordered 25 #.

A few times recently I've committed the Baker's cardinal sin: Selling a product you've never made before, and one you haven't even tasted. The main problem with this, is customers will rarely give you critical feedback (feel free, that's the only way we get better at something). I worked in food service for a little over 15 years, so I'm happy to give helpful feedback if anyone ever needs it.

So I made some Japanese milk bread for us to eat. It's pretty good, it's not exactly how I expected it to taste, more like a hybrid of a parker house roll, with a Hawaiian roll, with less sweetness. Hoping to try the full loaf as a PB&J.
