Untied Brewing is running the b**r garden at the 5th Annual Littell‑Lord Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 17 (12–4 p.m.) — a full day of Revolutionary War vibes at one of Berkeley Heights’ most historic properties.

Open a bag of Amarillo and you get an immediate burst of orange zest, grapefruit, lemon, and soft floral sweetness — a bright, citrus‑forward aroma that feels like sunlight in hop form. It’s expressive, clean, and instantly recognizable.

Amarillo has held its place as one of the top 10 hops grown in the U.S., known for imparting distinctive citrus, floral, and spicy character. Its flavor profile reads like a citrus grove: orange, flowers, grapefruit, lemon.

In our brewery — and especially in File This — Amarillo is a cornerstone, working alongside Citra to create the glowing, fruit‑driven hop profile that defines our flagship IPA. Citra brings the tropical punch; Amarillo brings the bright, zesty lift that rounds everything out.
