🌻 A LITTLE SOMETHING SPECIAL BEHIND THIS YEAR’S SUNFLOWER MINIS…

If you’ve followed my photography for a while, you know how much I love a beautiful sunflower field. But finding a field where photographers are actually invited and permitted to photograph is becoming harder and harder.

This year, I’m incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to photograph at this beautiful private sunflower field. The owner is someone I know personally, and I’m so thankful for the relationship we’ve built and for the opportunity to support his sunflower seed business. Only three photographers have permission to use the fields ❤️

So, a friendly reminder as the sunflowers are in bloom:

🌻 Please don't enter the field without permission.
🌻 Please don't pick the flowers.
🌻 Please don't assume that because you see photographers there, the field is open for anyone to use.
🌻 And please respect the owner's property and his crop.

Sunflowers aren't just pretty scenery — they're his business and livelihood. 🌱 Thank you for booking with CC!

Friendly reminder!

Please use the correct driveway to get to the store! We have orange cones up blocking the other (private) driveway and the past few weeks we have had people barreling up that driveway and running our cones over. This is a private driveway and it causes issues for the business ran out of that driveway. It also becomes a safety issue for the kids that live on the farm. That area is supposed to be a safe area and if we have people running over cones without stopping or noticing..what will stop people from noticing animals or small children that live on the property? 🫪

We would like to remind everyone to use the farm driveway highlighted in the picture below (in yellow) and anyone who uses the other driveway (labeled in red) blocked by cones (and labeled with no trespassing signs) will be dealt with by the owner of that driveway. We figured the 3 rows (16 cones) would help keep customers from going through there, but it is unfortunately a growing issue as far as running cones over and using that driveway. 🫠😫 Please please pleassse use the correct driveway associated with our store!!!
