🐔✨ FULL FEATHERS, HAPPY HENS! ✨🐔

The Raddatz chickens are in the middle of molting season, so we decided to give them a little extra feather-loving care! 💛 We started feeding Full Plume mixed with our homemade 16% Coarse, and we are LOVING what we’re seeing! 😍

✨ Beautiful, shiny feathers? CHECK!
🐓 Full, fluffy plumage? CHECK!
💛 Happy chickens? DOUBLE CHECK!

Watching those feathers fill back in and seeing our girls looking beautiful again makes us so excited! There’s nothing better than happy, healthy-looking hens strutting around the farm! 🐔🌾

Molting season doesn’t have to mean dull feathers and grumpy girls! 😉 Give those feathered ladies some extra love while they grow their beautiful plumage back!

📍 Stop by Raddatz Hay and Grain Farm Store and ask us about your flock’s feed needs!

Molting is one of the most nutritionally demanding stages of a hen's annual cycle! How can you help promote feather regrowth?
🪶Provide a high-protein feed such as Full Plume® Feathering Feed.
🪶Supplement with high-protein treats such as mealworms.
🪶Always make sure fresh, clean water is available.

Sunday Morning Update

We’re happy to share that Randy was able to come home yesterday! While we are still waiting for answers, we are incredibly grateful to have him home with us.

With the help and support of friends and family, Randy plans to spend a few hours at the farm this morning helping get some much-needed products restocked in the store. He also hopes to assist Monday in stocking some more! For anyone waiting for requested Kalmbach items we plan to get that order placed Monday. Wait for that update!

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, prayers, kindness, and understanding as our family navigates this unexpected time. Your support means more to us than you know, and we are so thankful to be surrounded by such a wonderful community.

Thank you for continuing to support our family and our small business! ❤️ We will update here as products get stocked!
