Happy Father’s Day to all the Dad’s, Grandpa’s, and Father figures out there!

Here at Frank Farms we are celebrating dad by having some brisket. We marinated overnight, covered it in a dry rub, and smoked for 10 hours. We added a mop sauce every 2-3 hours. Take it off the smoker and let it rest for an hour or so and we were ready to eat!

Let us know if you want to try a brisket for your next celebration. We have packages as well as quarters and halves of beef available.
