We will be closed this week at Two Bees & A Bud, as we prepare for and celebrate our daughter's wedding on Sunday, September 6!

The You-Pick and the roadside Flower Stand will be closed all week.

I look forward to sharing photos of this joyful celebration with you. 💕

P.s. I'm excited to finally use those apricot Lisianthus I've been hoarding all summer! IYKYK 😉

🎈Tickets are officially on sale now for our 2nd Annual Hot Air Balloons & Blooms!

Join us on Saturday, September 26, when we’re bringing hot air balloons back to the flower farm.

We’ll have 3–4 hot air balloons in the fields, live music, flower picking, outdoor games and room to just wander and enjoy the evening.

You’re welcome to bring a picnic, or we'll have food available to purchase.

And if the weather cooperates, there will also be tethered hot air balloon rides! 🤞🏼🙏

Saturday, September 26 | 5–7:30pm Two Bees & A Bud Flower Farm New Richmond, Wisconsin

Tickets are $8 per person through September 19. Kids 8 and under are free.

Flower Stand hours this week:
Thursday and Friday
9am - 6pm

🌸This weekend is our last regularly scheduled You-Pick.
Friday & Saturday
9:30am-12:30pm

Friday night with live music.
6-8pm

I’ve been waiting to share this one!

Tickets for our Hot Air Balloons & Blooms evening go on sale this Friday at 10am!

On Saturday, September 26, we’ll welcome 3–4 hot air balloons to our flower fields!

It's so incredible to stand among the flowers and watch those huge balloons inflate right in front of you.

You’ll be able to get up close to the balloons, pick flowers, play some outdoor games, listen to live music and grab something to eat or bring a picnic.

And, weather permitting, there will be tethered hot air balloon rides too!

Last week's You-Pick weekend was so special!

Lots of families came to experience Two Bees - some with grandparents as well!

It was fun to see them enjoy the ducks (and find a duck egg!), paint rocks, picnic and walk to look for wildlife by the pond.

We had a bride and her friends and family from Hastings pick flowers for a weekend wedding. 💕

The music by Sheri O'Brien on Friday night made for a fun vibe to picnic and visit with.

And we said goodbye to one of our teammates, Gabby who is headed off to college. I'm so grateful I had the experience of working alongside her dynamic personality and hardwork ethic.

Dahlia struggles.

Its been a rough start for my Dahlia patch this year.

I'm seeing shorter than usual plants, and they've been slow to bloom despite the fertilizing and watering. Of couse there is also the (usual) bug pressure that destroys the blooms.

But what does help, is putting organza bags over the buds to protect them from pests.

Yesterday I was finally able to use a couple to make a custom bouquet.

By Thursday I'll have enough for a few roadside Flower Stand bouquets. Yippie! 😁

Dahlias are divas but still such a game changer in a bouquet 💐.
