715 781 5365 Located in New Richmond, Wisconsin, Bee's Ice Cream was started in 2012 when I was 17 years old to help pay for college. I did some research online and proposed the idea to my parents. I purchased an old FedEx truck from a used car dealership and put some 'elbow grease' into it. With the help of my family and friends, a floor was put do

wn, shelving was taken out, a freezer and inverter were installed, a window was put in, and my licenseing was obtained. Finally, it was transformed into Bee's Ice Cream truck. After 5 successful years in business, it is now run by my husband, Chase, and I. Since opening, we have added snow cones, cotton candy and mini donuts as well as an additional food trailer named 'Sweet Bee's'! Check out our website for details!
