We are a small-scale family farm operated by Dan and Erica Shoemaker and our children, Nathaniel, Gideon and Ivy. Our farm is located in Schuylkill County within 30 minutes of Allentown or Reading, PA. We believe that providing locally raised products helps build our community and establishes long lasting relationships with our neighbors. Raising our animals in an environment that allows them to exhibit their natural behaviors is a challenge that we enjoy and find tremendously rewarding.

We would like to let our wonderful customers know that we have decided to no longer sell Christmas trees. It has not been an easy decision because many of you have become like family to us and we look forward to seeing you every year! We highly recommend that you choose your tree at Crystal Springs Tree Farm in Lehighton. They are a super family run farm with beautiful trees to choose from - so beautiful that they have provide the White House Christmas Tree multiple times!
Again we'd like to let everyone know how much we have appreciated you and that we are glad that we could help make your holiday season a wonderful memory!

Breaking the long winter silance. Our first event of the season is at the May Fair at the Allentown Fair Grounds. Come see us. We have added fresh salads to our menu plus a new item called a Scottish egg. A must try!!!

It's been such a long time since the last post but I think Spring is here to stay! Next weekend will be be at the Philly Farm Fest! We are really looking forward to seeing all the neat product that other people bring!

There is so much going on here - the eggs are just rolling out, the meat chicks are growing (we still have some available if you're interested, just send us a message), seeding pasture, moving animals, cleaning up the winter pens and getting ready to take some hogs to the butcher!

This is going to be a great year!

We attended the Macungie Farmers Market'smiting last night and we are excited to announce that they have accepted our application! We are super excited to be working with some really great people and products. It's on Thursday's beginning on May 15th. We'll have the concession trailer there with lots of great food as well as frozen and prepared products you can buy and take home. We are solo excited and in the next couple of weeks we have a lot of planning to do!
So excited for this year and all it has!
