The Steve Schmidt NPHC BBQ was held on August 1st. Together, we donated food and raised over $1,500 to Feeding Westchester.

On June 28, 2026, the Eta Zeta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated was honored to participate in and serve as a co-sponsor of the 40th Annual African American Festival at Kensico Dam Plaza.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared a conversation, and helped make this year’s festival a success.

This morning, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Eta Zeta Lambda chapter partnered with the Young Professionals of Mount Vernon for a street cleanup! We canvassed the MV Streets and beautified the community. Over 15 bags were delivered to sanitation and the residents around South 11th Avenue were very appreciative! 🤙🏾
