Ilana Xinos, Executive Director of the North American Bison Discovery Center formally National Buffalo Museum in Jamestown, North Dakota, presented the Legacy of the Herd Award to Rodney Sather, co-owner of North American Bison, LLC at the 2nd annual Great Bison Bash which included a live auction and silent auction items in fundraising efforts for the North American Bison Discovery Center.

Rodney Sather originally from Round Lake, Minnesota, has been involved in the bison industry through ranching, livestock management, funding projects and promoting the conservation and sustainable production of North American bison. Drawing on his agricultural background and commitment to responsible stewardship, he has contributed to the growth of the bison industry while helping preserve one of North America’s most iconic species. His work reflects a dedication to animal husbandry, land management, and the continued advancement of bison agriculture for future generations.
