Chocolate Whipped Cream

Ingredients
* 2 cups (480 ml) cold heavy whipping cream
* 3 tbsp cocoa powder
* 3 tbsp powdered sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. Chill the mixing bowl and whisk.
2. Sift together cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
3. Pour cold cream into the bowl.
4. Add cocoa mixture and vanilla.
5. Whip until medium peaks form.
6. Use immediately or refrigerate.
