Did you know that one of the core values of Prairie Salt is to teach kids how to grow their own food? These kids really stepped up and knocked it out of the park!

Because of the generosity of some wonderful gardeners around Bismarck/Mandan/Lincoln, we found ourselves with an over abundance of herbs this week. Without hesitation, some friends jumped right in to help process them so we could get moving on holiday inventory.

It truly takes a village and we have one of the best!

I love hearing about all the ways my customers use Prairie Salt products. Today, my friend shared one her favorite ways to use my sourdough is to slather butter and honey on it and top with my raspberry powder. I knew immediately that I had to try it.
