Oysters are harvested right out of Little Peconic Bay on Long Island’s North Fork (also served at top NYC restaurants) and shucked fresh, on-site. 🙌

Every Wednesday, from 5:30-7:30 we'll be hosting shuck-your-own oysters on our dock overlooking Cutchogue Bay.

Watch the Wednesday evening boat races and enjoy the bay and the breeze, while shucking some bivalves.
