🥓 New at the co-op: Oak Lane Meats Bacon! Based in eastern South Dakota, Oak Lane Meats brings generations of farming experience to the table, with premium bacon selected for quality and great flavor.

And while breakfast typically gets all the glory, we think bacon deserves a spot at the table all day long!

🍳 Breakfast: Crisp it up alongside local eggs for a seriously good start to the day.

🥪 Lunch: Add it to a BLT, sandwich, salad, or wrap.

🍔 Dinner: Crumble it over baked potatoes, toss it into pasta, top a burger, or add it to roasted veggies.

🍠 What's fresh at the co-op: Organic sweet potatoes! Have you tried the viral caramelized sweet potato technique? Here's how to get that perfect caramelization:

✔ Halve & Season: Cut organic sweet potatoes in half lengthwise. Toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

✔ Flesh-Side Down: Place them face-down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. This direct contact with the pan creates that golden, crispy seal.

✔ Roast at 375°F for 1 hour.

✔ The 10-Minute Rule: When they come out of the oven, don't touch them! Letting them rest undisturbed for 10 minutes allows the caramelized sugar layer to set so they lift off the pan effortlessly.

Take your potatoes to the next-level with these topping ideas:
