Let’s talk about one of our less common apples, Akane! It’s filled with flavor, but it’s not a standout for juice or crunch; we find it to be a Goldilocks. Great for everything!

Pick Your Own is back! We’ll be kicking off this season on Labor Day and will continue Saturdays through October.

Varieties are subject to change throughout the season but if you want our best guess, check the website.

Did you know we plant cover crops months in advance sometimes?

This blend will winter over to help limit soil erosion and then we’ll plow it back in come spring to put lots of nutrients back into the soil!

Let’s talk about Ginger Gold and its new growing buddy, Ozark Gold!

You may remember a while back when we started the grafting process to combine these trees, and we’re so excited to see that it’s worked!

While you can only enjoy ginger gold right now, ozark gold will be ripe and ready for feasting before we know it.

Zestar! Are making their way into the market. These are a staff (and fan) favorite! With great flavor and amazing juice they are delicious to eat.

They won’t last long this year, so swing by and grab some soon!

Our next apple is in the store! Sansa is a great eating Apple. It’s not the prettiest apple, but we think its flavor makes up for its imperfections.

Welp, sometimes we spend hours on a task, and we still have to come back to it later! We never did find the wheel we were looking for, but that’s ok. It will show up eventually!

In the meantime, our sweet corn is growing excellently!
