✨ Iron deficiency is more than just feeling tired…
It can affect your energy, concentration, immunity, hair health, and overall well-being 💭

If you notice symptoms such as:
• chronic fatigue
• weakness
• dizziness
• hair loss
• pale skin
• difficulty concentrating

it may be worth doing some basic blood tests to check what’s happening in your body 🩺✨

👉 Complete Blood Count (CBC)
👉 Iron
👉 Ferritin
👉 ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)

Remember — supplementing without proper testing is not always the best solution. The most important thing is finding the root cause of the deficiency and taking an individualized approach 🌿

Take care of yourself every day 🤍

Gluten-free pancakes that are gentle on the digestive system and perfect as a light, nourishing breakfast.

Made with almond flour – naturally gluten-free and rich in nutrients.

It’s a simple recipe you can make in just a few minutes and serve with your favorite toppings such as fruit, yogurt, or nut butter.

Protein is one of the most discussed topics in nutrition — and at the same time, one of the most misunderstood.

Minimum recommendations were established to prevent deficiencies.
Not to optimize muscle mass, metabolism, or healthy aging.

Today we know that many people — especially those who are physically active — may benefit from higher protein intake than the traditional minimum.

But the key word is: individualization.

Your protein needs depend on:

• Age
• Activity level
• Body composition goals
• Health status
• Lab results

There is no single number that works for everyone.

Do you track your protein intake, or have you never really paid attention to it?
