Loaded Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
6 large eggs, boiled and peeled
1/3 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon fresh chopped chives, plus more for garnish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions
Slice the hard boiled eggs in half and place yolks in a small mixing bowl. Set aside whites.
Add the sour cream, chives, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl with the yolks and stir well to combine.
Stir in the grated cheddar and crumbled bacon.
Spoon the filling into each of the egg whites.
Sprinkle with additional chives or bacon crumbles, as desired.

Cheese Shell Keto Shrimp Tacos with Cilantro Lime Sauce 😋

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE SHRIMP:
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
2 cups shredded green cabbage
salt, black pepper to taste

FOR THE CILANTRO LIME SAUCE:
¼ cup oil
¼ cup water
½ cup chopped green onions
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic
juice of 2 limes
½ cup sour cream
salt to taste

FOR SERVING (OPTIONAL):
sliced jalapeno

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F, to make the taco shells.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On the prepared baking sheet, place 1/3 cup piles of cheese 2 inches apart.
For 5-10 minutes, bake in preheated oven or until the cheese turns lightly brown and melts.
For 2-3 minutes, let the cheese cool then lift it up using the spatula and place it over the handle of a tong.
Add all the ingredients to a blender to make the sauce and blend until it gets smooth.
Refrigerate unit ready to use.
Pat the shrimp dry( by paper towels).
To taste, add the black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, olive oil and salt and shrimp and toss to combine.
Take a baking pan(large) and Transfer the shrimp and arrange in an even layer.
At 400°F, bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
Take it out from the oven.
With the cabbage, toss some of the (not all)sauce.
With the shrimps and cabbage, fill the taco shells.
Drizzle with sauce, (if using)top with sliced jalapeno and serve.

This delicious Keto Pizza Casserole is one the entire family will love. It is easy to make, delicious, and super filling.

Ingredients
8 pieces of deli ham (I use smoked or black forest)
1/2 jar of marinara sauce (lower carb version)
1 lb ground beef browned
3 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated not the canned version)
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon oregano
pepperoni (for topping)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350.
Brown ground beef then add sugar-free marinara sauce and seasoning. Cook on med/high for about 5 minutes.
Spray the casserole dish with cooking spray. (I use a 9 X 13 pan).
Cover bottom of dish with 4 pieces of ham. It's okay if they overlap.
Add 1/2 of the ground beef/marinara mixture on top of the ham.
Next, sprinkle half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Layer again with ham, ground beef/marinara mixture, and cheeses then top with pepperoni.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes.
Move pan to the top rack and broil 1-3 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned on top.

KETO MAGIC COOKIES😋🍪

Ingredients
1/4 c. coconut oil
3 tbsp. butter, softened
3 tbsp. granulated sweetener
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
4 large egg yolks
1 c. sugar-free dark chocolate chips, such as Lily's
1 c. coconut flakes
3/4 c. roughly chopped walnuts

Direction
Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl stir together coconut oil, butter, sweetener, salt, and egg yolks. Mix in chocolate chips, coconut, and walnuts.
Drop batter by the spoonful onto prepared baking sheet and bake until golden, 15 minutes.

( Low-Fat Cottage Cheese Omelet )

2 eggs, separated
1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
dash of pepper
1/2 tbsp. dried parsley
Non-stick spray oil

Spray skillet with cooking spray. Beat the egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Beat the yolks
separately until lemon colored and thick. Add the cottage cheese and pepper and beat until
smooth. Fold in the egg whites and parsley.
Place the mixture in the skillet and cook over medium heat until lightly browned on the bottom
and fluffy (about 3 to 4 minutes.) Heat in the oven for 15 minutes.
Make a crease down the
center of the omelet with a knife and fold over.
Serve at once. Makes 1 omelet.

Keto White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

1 cup white chocolate chips (I prefer Lily's)
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup low carb peanut butter (I prefer smuckers)
2 tbsp Confectioners swerve
1 tsp vanilla

In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, swerve and vanilla. Stir until well combined.
Place the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Heat at 30 second intervals until the mixture is completely melted and combined.
Using a mini muffin tin, put a little bit of white chocolate in the bottom of 18 cups.
Put a dollop of peanut butter on top, leaving a bit of room at the top of each.
Fill each section to the top with more white chocolate.
Place in the freezer to set for about an hour.
They're amazing! Enjoy!

KETO CHERRY CHEESECAKE RECIPE

Keto cherry cheesecake recipe is delicious and refreshing cherry dessert with low carb chocolate pie crust, rich tart cherry layer and easy keto cheesecake topping.

INGREDIENTS

KETO CHOCOLATE PIE CRUST
Blanched almond meal 1 cup/100 g/3.5 oz
Unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao 1 TBS/5 g/0.17 oz
Pinch of salt
Low carb sweetener (erythritol) 5 TBS
Softened butter 60 g/2.11 oz

CHERRY LAYER
Tart cherries pitted 1 cup/155 g/5.5 oz
Cinnamon powder 1 - 2 tsp

CHEESECAKE TOPPING
Mascarpone cheese or cream cheese 350 g/12.35 oz
Heavy whipping cream 1 cup/200 ml
Powdered low carb sweetener (erythritol or xylitol) ¼ cup - ⅓ cup
Vanilla extract 1 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS
KETO CHOCOLATE CRUST
Preheat the oven yo 180 C/350 F.
Combine all dry ingredients, add softened butter and combine until you get the dough ball.
Press in the dough into a deep small 17 cm/7 inch cake tray layered with a parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven on 180 C/350 F for 10 - 15 minutes. If you want to avoid baking you can just press in the dough and skip baking. This keto chocolate crust can be a no bake.
CHERRY LAYER
Put pitted cherries on top of the finished crust and sprinkle them with 1 or 2 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon.
CHEESECAKE TOPPING
Mix heavy whipping cream with vanilla and sweetener with a mixer until firm peaks are formed.
Whisk mascarpone or cream cheese in a separate bowl and when smooth combine with mixed heavy whipping cream.
Put the topping on top of cherries.
Leave cheesecake in the fridge for few hours or overnight.
Garnish with few cherries.
Serve it cold and enjoy!

KETO CROCK POT TUSCAN CHICKEN!

Ingredients
* 6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
* 3 garlic cloves, chopped
* 3 tbsp butter, divided
* 1.5 cup cream
* 1/2 cup chicken stock (optional)
* 3/4 to 1 cup parmesan cheese
* 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped or cut into strips
* 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
* 3-4 cups spinach, packed
* 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
* 1 Tbsp oil

Instructions
1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, red chili flakes. Heat oil and 1 Tbsp butter in a pan on medium high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes. Flip and cook for 3-4 minutes on the other side. Transfer them to crockpot.
2. In the same pan, add in the remaining 2 Tbsp butter. Add in garlic and sauté for 30-40 seconds. Add in cream and chicken stock and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning and cook for a minute. Add in sun dried tomatoes and cook for a minute.
3. Pour the sauce over chicken in the crock pot. Spread well. Cover and cook 3-4 hours on HIGH or 6-8 hours on LOW.
4. Once the chicken is tender and cooked, stirred in spinach leaves and mix well with the sauce. Cover and cook till wilted.
(Put ingredients in carb manager for macros!)

Cabbage Roll Skillet😋❤

Y’all, I have been looking for something like this for so long!! I may even try it with Kielbasa too! It looks so easy and versatile! I like anything that you can change up!

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 yellow onion (chopped)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 small head of cabbage (cored & chopped)
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 tsp Tony Chachere's creole seasoning (*see notes)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove excess fat if there is more than a few tablespoons (a little extra fat is ok).
Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the cabbage, diced tomatoes and all seasoning to the pan with the ground beef. Cover with a lid and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Do a taste test and season with additional salt or seasoning, if needed.
Sprinkle the cheese over top and cover again until the cheese is melted.
Enjoy alone or with rice!

Chicken Spinach And Mushroom Low Carb Oven Dish 😍😋

INGREDIENTS
• 1 small bag fresh baby spinach
• 1 dash pepper
• 1 dash Herb and Garlic Seasoning
• 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
• 6 thin sliced chicken breasts
• 1 container green onion cream cheese
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1 Large package sliced mushrooms

INSTRUCTION
1) In a 9x13 pan, lay out chicken in single layer, top with spinach and mushrooms. Then sprinkle the seasonings over the top.
2) Soften cream cheese and whisk in olive oil and chicken broth. Pour over mixture. Lay piece of foil over the top but do not seal.
3) Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes remove foil and bake uncovered for another 20-25 minutes, then sprinkle Motz Cheese on top and Bake uncovered for another 10 minutes or until starting to brown. Let cool for 10 minutes and serve.
