๐ซ๐ CHOCOLATE ORANGE MOUSSE CAKE

Ingredients
For the Cake Base
๐พ 180 g flour
๐ซ 35 g cocoa powder
๐ฌ 150 g sugar
๐ง 100 g melted butter
๐ฅ 3 eggs
๐ฅ 120 ml milk
๐ง 2 tsp baking powder
๐ผ 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Orange Layer
๐ 300 ml orange juice
๐ฌ 50 g sugar
๐พ 30 g cornstarch
For the Chocolate Mousse
๐ซ 250 g dark chocolate
๐ฅ 300 ml whipping cream
๐ผ 1 tsp vanilla extract
Procedure
Bake the chocolate cake base at 175ยฐC for 25โ30 minutes.
Allow to cool completely.
Cook orange juice, sugar and cornstarch until thick.
Spread over the cake base and chill.
Melt chocolate and let cool slightly.
Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Fold chocolate into the whipped cream.
Spread the mousse over the orange layer.
Chill for at least 4 hours.
Dust with cocoa powder.
Slice and serve.
