Ingredients

For the Cake Base

๐ŸŒพ 180 g flour
๐Ÿซ 35 g cocoa powder
๐Ÿฌ 150 g sugar
๐Ÿงˆ 100 g melted butter
๐Ÿฅš 3 eggs
๐Ÿฅ› 120 ml milk
๐Ÿง 2 tsp baking powder
๐ŸŒผ 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Orange Layer

๐ŸŠ 300 ml orange juice
๐Ÿฌ 50 g sugar
๐ŸŒพ 30 g cornstarch

For the Chocolate Mousse

๐Ÿซ 250 g dark chocolate
๐Ÿฅ› 300 ml whipping cream
๐ŸŒผ 1 tsp vanilla extract

Procedure

Bake the chocolate cake base at 175ยฐC for 25โ€“30 minutes.

Allow to cool completely.

Cook orange juice, sugar and cornstarch until thick.

Spread over the cake base and chill.

Melt chocolate and let cool slightly.

Whip the cream until soft peaks form.

Fold chocolate into the whipped cream.

Spread the mousse over the orange layer.

Chill for at least 4 hours.

Dust with cocoa powder.

Slice and serve.

๐Ÿ‹ zest of 2 lemons
๐Ÿ‹ 60 ml lemon juice
๐Ÿง 2 tsp baking powder
๐ŸŒผ 1 tsp vanilla extract
๐Ÿง‚ pinch of salt

For the Cream Layer

๐Ÿฅ› 500 ml milk
๐Ÿฌ 80 g sugar
๐ŸŒพ 40 g cornstarch
๐ŸŒผ 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Strawberry Layer

๐Ÿ“ 250 g strawberry pie filling

Procedure

Cook milk, sugar and cornstarch until thick.

Stir in vanilla and let cool completely.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time.

Mix in milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt.

Fold dry ingredients into the batter.

Spread half the batter into a greased baking pan.

Spread the cream layer evenly.

Spoon strawberry filling over the cream.

Cover with the remaining batter.

Bake at 175ยฐC for 45โ€“50 minutes.

Cool completely.

Slice and serve.

๐ŸŒพ 250 g flour
๐Ÿฌ 170 g sugar
๐Ÿงˆ 120 g softened butter
๐Ÿฅš 3 eggs
๐Ÿฅ› 120 ml milk
๐Ÿง 2 tsp baking powder
๐ŸŒผ 1 tsp vanilla extract
๐Ÿง‚ pinch of salt

For the Chocolate Swirl

๐Ÿซ 120 g chocolate spread

Procedure

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time.

Mix in mashed bananas, milk and vanilla.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt.

Fold dry ingredients into the batter.

Spread half the batter into a greased baking pan.

Drop spoonfuls of chocolate spread over the batter.

Add the remaining batter.

Drop the remaining chocolate spread on top.

Swirl gently with a knife.

Bake at 175ยฐC for 40โ€“45 minutes.

Cool completely.

For the Fudge Layer

For the Chocolate Crumble

Procedure

Cream butter, peanut butter and brown sugar until fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time.

Mix in milk and vanilla.

Spread batter into a greased square baking pan.

Spoon chocolate spread evenly over the batter.

Mix crumble ingredients until coarse crumbs form.

Procedure

Procedure

Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy.

Prepare serving glasses or a large trifle bowl.

Add a layer of brownie cubes.

Spoon over a layer of chocolate pudding.
