When we have work days I make these little bowls of cold oatmeal with fruit and it has really made a difference in our mornings and in our diet. They contain fiber, protein and fruit, which keep us satisfied, fresh and energized, since our work forces us to be constantly on the move.

“Limber” the Puerto Rican tradition that has delighted adults and children for generations, could sweeten your summer.

Although the origin of the word is not 100 percent proven, a "limber" is defined as an ice cream made "of sugar water and the juice of some fruit”. Although this has changed over the years, since the creativity to make limbers nowadays has no limits and they can be made from fruit limbers to cookies limbers, candies, types of nuts or creams like Nutella. They are delicious and when it comes to trying something cold when the temperatures rise, it should be your choice to have this rich experience.
