Hey Y’all, unfortunately tomorrow we won’t be able to be at Conway Community Market I injured myself a week or so ago 🫠🤦🏻‍♀️ and I’m still recuperating but you can still visit all the great vendors that will be there tomorrow! Cant pass up Great food and great music! Ohh and go visit our besties Ven-edible Sweets so delicious!!

Hey y’all Unfortunately due to weather on Sunday Conway Community Market has been canceled, we will see you all next month! 🥟🇵🇷

In view of projected weather conditions on Sunday, after much thought, the decision has been made to cancel the January 19th market.

This decision and announcement is being made in particular consideration for those vendors who provide perishable products.

While our vendor agreement indicates no refunds due to weather, everyone that has already paid will receive a full refund. This refund policy only applies because the market is being canceled. Forecasts of 55% to 87% chance of rain throughout the night and Sunday would leave the grounds unsuitable for vendor set up. However, all market vendors are invited to promote their products or services on the Conway Community Orlando and/or the Conway Community Market pages.

This was not an easy decision and is only the third time in 7 years that the market has been called due to weather. We want the market to be a great experience for vendors and attendees and look forward to seeing everyone on February 16th.
