Introducing Vins Voctor, a new voice in the Northern Rhône with an incredible story.

Josimar Yacuta Verduzco was born in Mexico, raised in California, served in the French Foreign Legion, studied winemaking in the Jura, and worked with Matthieu Barret in Cornas before launching his own project in 2020. Josimar crafts aromatic, textured, and precise wines from organically farmed sites across the Northern Rhône and Drôme. Ripe fruit, gentle extraction, moderate alcohol, and élevage in demijohn and stainless form the basis of his approach.

These are the Northern Rhône wines we’ve been waiting 7 years for. We couldn’t be happier to welcome Josimar to the Skin Contact Wines portfolio.
