Finally found a morning routine that sticks! For years I ignored the whole "vitamin thing" thinking it was just another wellness trend. But after three months of consistently taking my daily supplements, I'm honestly shocked at the difference.
My energy levels are more stable, my skin is clearer, and those afternoon slumps? Way less frequent! Started with just a high-quality multivitamin and vitamin D (since most of us are deficient), and recently added B12 and magnesium.
The key was making it part of my morning ritual - coffee brewing while I take my vitamins and fill my water bottle. Simple habit stacking!
Quick reminder though: vitamins aren't magic pills that fix everything. They work best alongside decent sleep, good nutrition, and regular movement. They're filling the gaps, not replacing the foundation!
