- spring mix
- cucumber
- cherry tomatoes
- black olives
- goat cheese
- apple (not pictured but extremely tasty)

Ingredients 📄
- white quinoa (already meal prepped)
- frozen broccoli
- frozen red bell pepper
- chickpeas
* sauté the veggies on the stove with your favorite seasonings*

Dressing:
- TJ’s coconut aminos
- Peanut butter
- TJ’s sweet chili sauce
- red pepper flakes

- half a frozen banana
- frozen kale
- a scoop of yogurt of choice
- 1 tbsp of flax seeds
- splash of water or milk
- 1 tsp of blue matcha ( butterfly pea flower powder)

Ingredients:
-½ a cup of frozen mango
-⅓ frozen banana
-½ a cup of frozen spinach
-1 tsp matcha powder
-1 tsp maca powder
-½ tbsp of flaxseeds
-cap of vanilla extract

Golden Milk Cream of Buckwheat Bowl ✨
• Buckwheat is similar to oats and just as easy to make in the microwave as well ( less than 5 min)
• Tumeric has many benefits but best known for its anti-inflammatory properties

Ingredients 📄
- 1/4 cup of dry cream of buckwheat
- cinnamon
- dash of black pepper (activator)
- vanilla extract
- chia seeds
- liquid of choice ( water or milk)
- microwave for 2:30 min
- flax seeds ( optional)

Toppings
- coconut flakes
- PB
- raisins
- drizzle of honey

It's still pretty cold here in NYC, but if I know anything about shrimp, it can make a flawless meal in any weather!! Try out my Shrimp Soup recipe for all weather you may find yourself in! 🍤🌞🌧

Ingredients 📄
- red pepper soup base ( Trader Joes)
- cooked spinach or kale
- sauteed mushrooms
- Shrimp seasoned with garlic and onion powder in air fryer
- season all with red pepper flakes

- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 flax egg
- 1 tbs of applesauce
- 1/2 tsp of almond extract
- add milk of choice until pancake consistency
- chopped cherries

Toppings!!
- homemade cherry chia jam
- always PB
