Mosmieri Saperavi Rose

This wine is a genuine novelty on the market. Saperavi as a teinturier grape variety that produces a darker rose even with very short skin contact time. The wine is semidry and wonderfully round on the palate. Well chilled, it is best enjoyed by the glass as an aperitif or just for pleasure. Less chilled, it goes down well as an accompaniment to desserts, liver pies or certain cheeses.
