Gotta live the life to keep your body working well for you but don’t want to miss out on eating the baked goods you love?!? Simply Mary’s got you! If you are like me (Mary), learning to say goodbye to gluten and dairy in order to feel better totally sucked at first and made me cranky, I’m not gonna lie. Many ‘substitutes’ recommended to me at first were either highly processed with ingredients I had never heard of, tasted fake, or had garbage ingredients which was just not going to fly with what I know and feel about the benefits of eating REAL damn food. So that’s why it’s my mission to share gluten-free dairy-free treats that taste so ‘normal’ and delicious, you’d never even know that they are gluten and dairy free and are only made with real ingredients. They are all also accidentally yet deliciously for your plant-based friends. Hey, you can even bring them to your next party and I bet no one will even know that they are gluten and dairy free by tasting them AND you’ll have a treat that YOU can eat too without having to obsess about gluten/dairy ingredients that don’t work for some bodies (like mine).
