I’ve officially changed the name of my bakery to Sense of Pastry 🥐🤍
I’ve been wanting to do this for a while now and I’ve put in a lot of time and thought into the new name. I wanted it to have meaning and highlight my desserts. That’s when the “5 Senses” crossed my mind. I thought to myself, the best kind of dessert always triggers our senses. When it comes to dessert, our first sense is smell. Good dessert will always have a sweet aroma. Then, we use our second sense, sight. We are presented with a beautiful and appealing visual of the dessert. Taste…One of the most important senses when it comes to pastries. You can taste a variety of flavors all at once. The soft vanilla cake with the richness of the cream simply creates a melt in your mouth sensation. Then we have the sense of “Touch”. We get to feel how delicate and soft the dessert is. Last, is the sense of “Hearing”. We don’t always realize when we are experiencing this sense with desserts but we always do. It can be the sound of the chocolate breaking or the spoon smoothly cutting through the cake when you go to indulge in your first bite.
My vision for this bakery is to create scrumptious desserts that will stimulate all your 5 Senses. 🧁🤍
