The longest day of the year is a celebration of abundance—more sunlight, more time outdoors, and nature at its peak.


Inspired by sun-ripened citrus, blooming fields, ocean swims, and golden sunsets, Carminié created this cocktail to celebrate the start of summer. Will you join us for a toast?

Sunshine in a Glass

Ingredients (serves 4)
-¾ cup gin
-2 cups sparkling water
-½ cup fresh orange juice
-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
-2 ripe apricots, diced
-8 cherries, whole or lightly crushed
-Ice, for serving

Directions:
1. In a large pitcher, combine the gin, sparkling water, orange juice, and lemon juice.
2. Add the diced apricots and cherries.
3. Stir gently and let infuse for about 30 minutes.
4. Fill serving glasses with ice.
5. Pour the infused cocktail over the ice and serve.

For this week’s Sunday Table, a delicious Electrolyte Refresher to help boost your hydration. Sip accordingly.

Natural Electrolyte Refresher

¼ cup coconut water
¾ watermelon, cubed
⅓ cup fresh orange juice
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of sea salt
Ice
Lime wheels and fresh mint, for garnish

Blend the watermelon until smooth. For an even smoother drink, strain through a fine mesh sieve.
Fill a glass with ice and add the watermelon juice, coconut water, orange juice, lime juice, and sea salt. Stir well until combined.
Garnish with lime wheels and fresh mint, then serve immediately.
