Ever tried a warm slaw?? I’m obsessed. It’s my easiest way to get a ton of veggies in and actually lovee it.

Think of it as fiber in disguise β†’ better digestion, gut health, and keeps you full way longer.

3–4 cups chopped veggies
Cook hearty ones first (2–3 min) (carrots; broccoli, cabbage, zucchini)
Add leafy/soft veggies (2–3 more min) (kale, bok choy, Swiss chard, spinach, leeks, beef leaves)
Finish with 2–3 tbsp prebiotic sauces (Ayurvedic spices that support digestion + make everything taste insane)

I’ll eat this with eggs, throw it in wraps, sandwiches, or just as a side with protein.
