Hiya! This is Pak Cham Kee (no one knows the correct spelling). I grew up eating this alot and sometimes fought with siblings to get the best part of the bird (we all know it's the butt).

One of my white friends disgusted when I served him this but he also did crystal, so this chicken couldn't be that disgusting. He said "it was like eating raw chicken, but tasty".

Broccoli florets🥦
Combine EVOO + minced garlic🧄 + red pepper flakes🌶 + salt🧂
Toss the broccoli florets into the oil mix, jiggle jiggle shake🕺💃
Roast in the pre-heated 425F oven for 12 mins, flip over and add some almond slices then cook for 10 more mins.
Squeeze some lemon juice🍋and grated parmesan🧀
