Nobody gives batch notes like Melanie and Tyler Webb 🌾🧀🐄

The first wheels of Swallow Tail Tomme made with this year’s milk have arrived! This batch was made on May 6th, a rainy spring morning that saw cow’s grazing in front of the Pond House.

In their own words, Stony Pond Farm’s cows are rotationally grazed on nutrient-rich, certified organic pasture. It is the stewardship of the farm’s complex ecology that fosters the unique flavor profiles in their small-batch, farmstead cheese.
