I met and at our Game Four BaklavaMobile trunk pop up a few days ago. We spoke again on Friday afternoon with the intention of trying to put a little more special together for Game 5.
Our team was already considering renting a video wall truck and we brought it up. The main concern was where to put it. Once we talked to the Dime Square Duo, we saw a light at the end of the tunnel. We already had the truck but needed the co collaboration to make it work. This was the push we needed. The whole thing was a risk, but once we got the truck on site, everything started making sense. The cops ended up closing Division and everything else feels like history.
Streeter and Danya made this all possible by cofunding, collaborating, bring additional equipment, figuring out the stream, and bringing the vibe. The thing is two aren’t a business like we are. They are just epic New Yorkers that wanted to help create an exciting environment for this community to watch the game and celebrate.
I met up with Streeter today for a clean up session along with an opportunity to recap both one of ours, and seemingly the rest of New York’s best nights of our lives.
Besides for these words of gratitude, I am speechless. Thank you Streeter and Danya for making this possible.
