For the better part of a decade, I've been pursuing various w**e certifications and currently am pursuing my WSET Diploma with the American W**e School in Chicago, IL. I created this space to cultivate an inclusive environment for w**e enthusiasts and professionals in pursuit of w**e knowledge to share the trials and triumphs of their respective journeys. You don’t need to be a Master Sommelier to appreciate w**e and if my experience in w**e education has taught me anything, it’s that even the best w**e minds need a safe place to vent and regroup. I hope this can be a space that fosters curiosity and respect for w**e lovers everywhere.

What an incredible evening with the New York Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier!

It was such a privilege to help present awards to more than twenty incredibly deserving recipients and to celebrate the next generation of culinary talent.

One of the highlights of the evening was hearing Rita Jammet of Caravelle Ch*****ne share stories from her remarkable career and offer decades’ worth of wisdom about building a meaningful life in the food and beverage world. It was one of those talks that reminds you why mentorship matters so much.

I’m feeling incredibly grateful to be part of this community and excited for all that’s ahead as I begin this next chapter in New York.

I’m incredibly excited to share that I’ll be partnering with Q1 W**es beginning June 15th as part of my transition back to New York City.

I’ll be working on NYC market development, account growth, and helping expand the portfolio’s presence and reach within one of the most exciting w**e markets in the world.

Very grateful, very excited, and very ready to get back out there building something beautiful. Salute!
