Elegant, hand-crafted solid copper cookware designed and manufactured entirely in the USA. Brooklyn Copper Cookware was formed in 2009 and incorporated in 2010.
The impetus was the discovery that since the 1980’s solid copper cookware was no longer produced in the US. We began production in Brooklyn using tooling and equipment acquired from Waldow Cookware, the last maker of copper cookware in the US. Old tooling, inability to produce at scale and Hurricane Sandy led us to re-establish manufacturing operations in Ohio and Indiana during 2013 - 14. In 2015, we released the first pieces of our re-designed line and continue to add new pieces every year.
