We really loved our stay with you, we had the benefit of the lounge and the constant availability of tea made it home away from home! Loved the view of the empire state and loved the location. Found the room clean and comfortable. Cant wait for my return visit in Sept, would not think of staying anywhere else.

Great hotel! Nice people! Excellent service like the doormen, cleaning crew en little shop for food!

The cafe in the lobby is great for grabbing some coffee or pastries in the morning. All in all, I was completely satisfied and would stay there again. It's not a luxury hotel. It's a clean, centrally located, relatively cheap place to sleep in Manhattan.
