This wine will keep you happy all day long–literally! "Midi-Minuit" means noon to midnight. The kind of wine that carries you effortlessly through the day and
into the night. Glouglou, vibrant, easygoing yet grounded and offering remarkable value. Crafted grapes from the village of Bourdic, 30 min driving north of Nimes, in Languedoc. It’s a single parcel of Viognier nestled among the wild, aromatic garrigue.

Harvested by hand, 7 days of skin contact, fermented with light extraction and then aged in stainless steel for 6 months, before being bottled without filtration and ajust a touch of added sulfites.
