Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
4 cooked, shredded chicken breasts
32 oz. frozen tater tots
½ cup ranch dressing
1 cup milk
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp butter
1½ cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
Cook Bacon: If using raw, cook until crispy and chop.
Make Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour, then gradually whisk in milk until thickened. Remove from heat and mix in ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix chicken, bacon, and half of the cheese. Pour in the ranch sauce and stir.
Layer Tater Tots: In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spread tater tots, then top with chicken mixture.
Add Cheese: Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.

Creamy Alfredo Lasagna Soup
Ingredients:
A half pound of sausage meat.
1 small onion, chopped
8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced.
2 cloves of garlic, minced
4 cups of fresh spinach leaves
5 cups of low-sodium chicken broth
5 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
Half of a small spoon of dried basil.
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of flour
1 portion of milk
1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Prepare the sausage in a large pot over medium heat.
Cook chopped onion and sliced mushrooms in the pan until they are tender.
Put minced garlic and young spinach in the pan; cook until the spinach reduces in size.
Include chicken broth and heat until it begins to bubble softly for 5 minutes.
Add small pieces of lasagna noodles that are broken, along with dried oregano and dried basil. Boil the noodles until they are tender, for about 10 to 12 minutes.
In a different pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it becomes slightly golden.
Gently mix in milk and cook until the mixture thickens.
Add Parmesan cheese and continue stirring until it is well blended.

Oven Baked Shotgun Shells
Ingredients:
(2) 8 ounce boxes manicotti shells
1½ pound ground beef
1 pound hot Italian sausage
1 medium onion, finely diced
2 cups Colby jack cheddar cheese
6 ounce cream cheese
1 jalapeno, finely diced
2 teaspoons Slap Ya Mama seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
(3) 12 ounce packages bacon
⅓ cup barbecue sauce, plus more for coating
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 300° and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet. Set aside.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, except bacon and extra barbecue sauce.
Gently stuff uncooked manicotti shells from both ends. No air pockets.
Wrap bacon around each shell covering the ends (might need two pieces of bacon).
Brush additional barbecue sauce over both sides and place on prepared baking.
Bake for 60 minutes, then flip shells over, add more barbecue sauce, and bake for another 60-70 minutes or until the bacon is nice and crispy.
Remove from the oven and enjoy.

Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole
Comforting Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole
Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup
1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Hickory & Brown Sugar barbecue sauce
2 lbs lean ground beef
30 Ritz Crackers
2 oz Lipton onion soup mix
2 eggs
3 cups macaroni noodles
2 cups milk
10.5 oz condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
4 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ketchup and barbecue sauce, then set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef. Place Ritz crackers in a large Ziploc bag and crush them using a rolling pin, then add the crumbs to the ground beef.
Add the Lipton onion soup mix and eggs to the ground beef mixture. Pour in 1/2 cup of the ketchup and barbecue sauce mixture.
Use your hands to mix all of the ingredients together until fully combined. Press the meatloaf mixture evenly into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread the remaining ketchup and barbecue sauce mixture on top of the meatloaf.
Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. While the meatloaf is baking, cook the macaroni noodles according to the package directions, then drain.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and condensed cheddar cheese soup until no lumps remain.
Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl and whisk well. Stir in the cooked macaroni noodles until they are coated in the liquid. Mix in 2 cups of the shredded cheese.
Once the meatloaf has baked for 30 minutes, remove it from the oven. Pour the macaroni mixture on top of the meatloaf and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups of shredded cheese on top of the macaroni.
Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 17-20 minutes, or until the cheese on top is fully melted and just starting to brown.
Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Crockpot Sweet Potatoes With Marshmallows
Ingredients:
4 large sweet potatoes, about 2 lbs, peeled and diced into 1/2 inch cubes
¾ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup butter, sliced into pieces
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice, or cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions:
Spray an 8-quart slow cooker with non-stick spray.
Place the sweet potatoes in the slow cooker. Add the brown sugar, maple syrup, butter, pumpkin pie spice, and salt and stir to combine.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and set it on high for 4 hours, or until the sweet potatoes are fork tender. There will be extra sauce at the bottom when done cooking. You can pour it out if desired, or leave it to drizzle on top of the sweet potatoes when serving.
Five minutes before serving, remove the lid and top with marshmallows. Place the lid back on the sweet potatoes and let the marshmallows melt for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately!

Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 cup pineapple, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.

Ingredients:
3 pounds red potatoes (cut into 1-inch pieces)
4 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
1 cup sour cream
½ - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
1 medium-sized broccoli crown (about 2-3 cups bite-size broccoli florets)
3 cups cooked chicken (chopped)
4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
2 cups shredded cheese (divided)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch square baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain the potatoes and then transfer them back to the hot pot.
While the potatoes are boiling, steam or roast the broccoli until hot and barely softened. It should still be a little bit crisp. Drain any liquid from the broccoli. Cook the bacon, chop or crumble, and set aside.
Place the pot with the potatoes back over the warm (but turned off) burner. If you have a gas stove, turn the heat to the lowest possible setting. This will help evaporate any water left in the pan and keep the mashed potatoes nice and fluffy. Smash the potatoes with a potato masher. Add the butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. Stir to combine.
Add the cooked broccoli, the chicken, the bacon, and 1 cup of cheese to the pot. Stir to mix thoroughly and then transfer to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the casserole is heated through. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 eggs
3 bananas, mashed
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
For the Frosting:
1/2 cup butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, beat together the sugar, sour cream, butter, and eggs until creamy.
Blend in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
Add flour, baking soda, and salt, and blend for 1 minute. Stir in chopped walnuts.
Spread the batter evenly into the greased pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow brownies to cool slightly until warm (but not hot) and then frost.
For the Frosting:
In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium heat until it reaches a medium brown color. Watch carefully.
Remove from heat, whisk in powdered sugar, adding milk gradually to achieve a smooth, spreadable consistency. Stir in vanilla.
Pour frosting over the warm banana bread brownies and smooth with a spatula.

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
For the Creamy Macaroni Cheese:
8 ounces macaroni pasta
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions:
Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, approximately 6-7 minutes per side. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
In the same skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground cayenne pepper. Allow the mixture to simmer until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 minutes.
Slice the cooked chicken into strips and return them to the skillet with the honey pepper sauce. Coat the chicken evenly with the sauce and set it aside while you prepare the macaroni cheese.
Cook the macaroni pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set it aside.
In a separate pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, approximately 2-3 minutes.

CRANBERRY TURKEY SLIDERS
Ingredients:
16oz package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
1lb deli turkey, thinly sliced
1 cup cranberry sauce (jellied or whole berry)
6 slices havarti or provolone cheese
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons worcestershire
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons minced dried onion
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
2 teaspoons fresh minced chives
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Slice Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottom half into the baking dish.
Layer the deli turkey across the rolls.
Spread the cranberry sauce evenly across the top of the turkey.
Add 6 slices of havarti or provolone cheese in an even layer.
Place the top bun layer onto the sliders.
Mix together the melted butter, Worcestershire, Dijon mustard, minced dried onion, poppy seeds and chives in a small bowl. Generously brush across the tops of the slider buns.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the sliders are warmed through and the cheese is melted.
Remove foil and bake for another 3-5 minutes to brown the tops of the sliders.
Serve immediately.

Cheesy Garlic Scalloped Potatoes
Ultimate Comfort: Cheesy Garlic Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients:
5 lbs Russet potatoes, sliced ⅛" thick
2 cups onions, chopped small
6 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup butter (½ stick)
¼ cup flour
1 ½ cups vegetable broth
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 Tbs salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
8 oz sour cream
3 cups cheddar cheese, grated, divided
1 cup pepper jack cheese, grated
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° and spray a 14 x 11½ x 2¼ baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Peel and thinly slice potatoes, approximately ⅛" thick. Place in a large bowl until ready to use.
In a large frying pan, melt butter over low flame then add onions and garlic. Saute for about 4-5 minutes.
Sprinkle flour over onion mixture, stir and cook for a couple minutes.
Gently pour vegetable broth into pan and stir, add salt and pepper, seasoning and heavy cream. Stir until thickened, remove from heat just prior to boiling and then add 2 cups of cheddar cheese. Stir.
Layer ⅓ of the potato slices in baking dish then add ⅓ of the sour cream and ⅓ of the cheese sauce over the potatoes.
Top with ⅓ of the Parmesan, ⅓ pepper jack cheese and ⅓ of cheddar cheese.
Repeat layering 2 more times ending with cheddar cheese.
Cover with foil and place in oven. Cook for 1½ – 2 hours.
About 15 – 20 minutes prior to potatoes being done, remove foil to brown the cheese a bit.
Remove from oven, let sit for about 15 minutes, then enjoy.

A Cozy and Hearty Layered Comfort Meal

1 lb Lean Ground Beef
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 Small Yellow Onion, diced
4 Medium Russet Potatoes, peeled and sliced
8 oz Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 (10oz) Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (10oz) Can Cream of Potato Soup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
¼ Cup Milk
1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
⅓ Cup Crispy French Fried Onions
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
In a 10" Cast Iron Skillet or a small casserole dish, add the ground beef and press down. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the diced onions over the beef.
Layer the sliced potatoes over the onions.
Evenly sprinkle the grated cheese over the potatoes.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chicken soup, potato soup, Worcestershire sauce, milk, and Creole seasoning. Whisk well.
Pour the soup mixture over the cheese layer, spreading evenly.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1-½ hours.
Remove from the oven, take off the foil, and sprinkle the fried onions on top. Place under a broiler for a few minutes to brown.
Servings: 6 | Total Time: 1 hour 45 minutes
