What a great week of sales meetings, demos, packing and shipping! Our products are launching in the North Atlantic region - so if you’re in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Maine - look for us at your local independent grocery stores!

This is a one minute video, but it took over a year just to get this meeting. Success doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time — a lot more than we ever bargained for! Getting the business is just the beginning. You still have to deliver. Literally.

What’s next? Doing all of the hard work necessary for a successful launch. We are just at the starting line!!

Being a small brand means that deliveries are on you to make happen. That means we are in the car on a truck transporting our products from Washington DC to Great Barrington, Massachusetts! As I’ve come to learn, the food and beverage business is all about distribution and supply chain! You can have a terrific product, and yet struggle to survive because you don’t have an efficient way to get your products into the marketplace. I’m thrilled to share that we now have distribution! It’s so exciting! As long as God keeps opening doors - we will keep running through them! Special guest appearance: Cole Taylor

1. Mul kimchi (fresh cucumber from the garden in a refreshing and tangy brine)

2. Jajangmyeon (wheat noodles with fermented black bean sauce) and fresh cucumber slices, also from the garden

3. Kimchi mandu (dumplings)

4. Japchae (stir fried sweet potato noodles)

5. Geotjeori kimchi (fresh unfermented kimchi)

6. Gejang (raw spicy crab)

7. Korean potato salad

8. Kalbi (beef short ribs)

9. Gamja-tang (pork neck bones and potato stew with perilla leaves and enoki mushrooms)

Guido’s is a whole gourmet grocery experience with an incredible selection of produce, cheese, baked goods - and the list goes on. (This week they were cranking out THE BEST and lighter-than-air apple cider doughnuts. 🩷❤️🩷

We are thrilled to be among their spectacular products!! Look for DORO in the deli section with all of the amazingly fresh quick-prep offerings. We’ll be at the Great Barrington store in 2 weeks for our first demo! Stay tuned for more details!
