Sweet and savory steak and shrimp lo mein tossed in sticky honey garlic sauce for a bold high protein dinner😋😋

Ingredients:

1 lb sirloin steak cut into bite size pieces
1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
12 oz lo mein noodles
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 bell peppers sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp oyster sauce

Directions:

Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions then drain and set aside
In a bowl whisk soy sauce honey and oyster sauce
Heat a skillet over medium high heat and cook steak until browned then remove
In the same skillet cook shrimp until pink and tender then remove
Add cabbage and bell peppers and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes
Return steak and shrimp to the skillet
Add cooked noodles and pour in sauce
Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through
Serve hot and enjoy

2 eggs scrambled

1 zucchini chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp butter for veggies

Directions:

Heat oil and butter in a large skillet and add rice eggs carrots soy sauce sesame oil and black pepper
Stir fry until hot and slightly crispy then set aside
Heat oil in another skillet and cook chicken with garlic powder black pepper and salt until browned
Add butter garlic and soy sauce and toss until coated then remove
In a hot skillet cook steak until browned
Add butter garlic soy sauce salt and black pepper and cook briefly then remove
In the same skillet melt butter and add onion zucchini and shredded carrots
Stir in soy sauce salt and black pepper and cook until tender crisp
Serve fried rice with chicken steak and veggies layered on top

1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Toss diced potatoes with olive oil salt black pepper garlic powder and paprika
Cook potatoes in air fryer at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes shaking occasionally until crispy
In a large skillet cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned
Season with salt black pepper onion powder and paprika
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute
Stir in Worcestershire sauce tomato sauce ketchup mustard and BBQ sauce
Simmer until thick and glossy

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat.
Toss the lamb chunks with flour, salt, and pepper until lightly coated.
Brown the lamb in batches for 6–8 minutes, then transfer to a plate.
In the same pot, sauté the onion for 3–4 minutes until softened.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
