For , we’re joining the craze, but adding a delicious flair with flavors of milk chocolate and vanilla from the crème de cocoa. Whether you use espresso or opt-in for cold brew concentrate instead, make sure you give it a strong shake to get that creamy, foamy top. Cheers!

Mocha Martini:
1 ½ parts Haku Vodka
½ part Coffee Liqueur
½ part Crème de Cocoa
1 part Espresso or Cold Brew Concentrate

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with cocoa powder or espresso beans.

Clermont Mule:
1 ½ parts Jim Beam Bourbon
½ part Maple Syrup
½ part Lime Juice
3 parts Ginger Beer (Fever Tree recommended)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Combine ingredients except ginger beer in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass or mule mug. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a Mint Sprig and Candied Ginger. Enjoy!

In honor of we’re sharing some interesting history behind our beloved brands. The Samuels family, founders of , had been making bourbon for generations – but they weren’t quite satisfied with it. This is what led Bill Sr. and Margie to start a new bourbon with a demonstrative act: the burning of the old family recipe.

This ceremonial burning marked a new beginning. Bill Sr. worked years to find the perfect recipe, and by taking a granular approach, he experimented with grain ratios in bread-baking, finding that red winter wheat gave him what he had envisioned: a bourbon with no burn or bitterness – and a flavor-forward finish.
