A Sunday afternoon cellar raid unearthed a handful of bottles from Champagne's Ulysse Collin. Collin crafts singular expressions of Champagne from less than 14 acres of vine in and around the village of Congy. Wines are fermented exclusively in Burgundy barrels, and disgorgement varies from anywhere between 48 to 124 months, depending on the cuvée. These are excellent wines that truly shine at the table. In recent years we've seen demand skyrocket as allocations have dwindled, and every bottle we get to uncork is its own special occasion.
Though Les Pierrières has sold out, we've got Les Maillons, Les Enfers , and Le Jardin d'Ulysse for those of you with fast reflexes. Wines are limited to just one bottle of each cuvée per customer, while supplies last. Link to the 🥂 in our bio.

Today we unearthed a handful of vinous treasures from the one and only Emmanuel Reynaud. Famed for his deft touch in the cellar at Château Rayas, Reynaud crafts what many believe to be the finest wine in the entirety of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. We've got both 2009 and 2010 Châteauneuf priced to please, and just two bottles of the gorgeous 2010 Fonsalette Côtes du Rhône. These are singular wines that seemingly defy gravity on the palate. We wish we had cases, but sadly there are only bottles….
