Just Soul Catering business was born after joining Defy Ventures which is a non profit organization that helps formally incarcerated individuals become entrepreneurs. When asked about what business i wanted what came to my mind first was to start a food truck. Low an behold after months of research i realized that was a plate to big for now. So i then decided to cater and create the business with

an experience of story telling. Just Soul catering stems from me being a lover of people and a lover of food.... together Just Soul feed the people of NYC that never sleeps and loves to eat.
