Tried air fryer pierogies last night and I’m officially never boiling them again.
Just tossed the frozen ones in olive oil, air fried at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, and they came out crispy on the outside and soft, cheesy, and perfect inside.
Dipped them in sour cream with a side of caramelized onions and… wow. Comfort food perfection — straight from the air fryer.
