Yesterday at the Urbani Truffle Lab, we had the pleasure of welcoming chef Roberto from Warique, a Peruvian restaurant in New Jersey, for a special culinary demo.

He presented two original creations inspired by Peruvian cuisine with an Italian influence: one elevated with Urbani truffle and the other finished with Urbani caviar, as he explores new possibilities for the restaurant’s menu.

It was exciting to see his creativity come to life through Urbani products, and we look forward to seeing where this collaboration may lead. ✨
