Join us for some fresh Carribean and Mexican inspired dishes today at lunch time in the Dining Hall. For this special day two of our esteemed employees worked hard to prep and cook for today’s lunch. Toya cooked up her hometown favorites from Jamaica: jerk chicken, rice and peas, beef patties, and chicken dumpling soup. Cesar worked to create his favorites from Mexico: Pazole soup and Bistec a la Mexicana. This is definitely going to be a day you don’t want to miss!!! See you there!

Meet Ro! Ro is originally from Brooklyn NY but now lives in Staten Island. She has been here for almost 11 years and can be found in the Hawks Nest! When Ro is not working she loves to travel, especially to New England! Thank you for all you do, we appreciate you!!

Say hello to Cynthia King!! Cynthia is born and raised here in Staten Island NY and has been working here for 5 years. Most of you know her from the register at the front of main dining hall but she actually started upstairs in Starbucks! When Cynthia is not at work she LOVES crafting and gardening. Lets show some appreciation for Cynthia!

Meet Michele, she is from Puerto Rico and has been working here for 5 years! During the day Michele can be found almost anywhere in the Wagner college dining facilities as she hops around doing many different things. When shes not at work she enjoys singing, playing electric bass and guitar, she also LOVES to read. We love you Michelle!
