We are a small food company owned by a Mexican and American family, and enjoy crafting fresh food based on recipes inherited from our family's Puebla kitchen. We incorporate local, sustainable ingredients whenever possible. From homemade refried beans to fresh squeezed pulpy lemonade, Hermelinda means real food. We are proud to be part of New York City's new food vendor revolution.
